Relaxing Massage

Sports Massage Therapy
A deep prescriptive massage using a combination of techniques effective in the treatment and recovery of injury, as well as in the treatment of chronic conditions. Full consultations are carried out to assess your individual needs and requirements.

Skin Care
A prescriptive cleansing ritual to combat the signs of stress and fatigue. Restores clarity to the skin by resurfacing, decongesting and hydrating whilst promoting healthy cell renewal. The treatments incorporate a stress relieving massage to pinpoint areas of tension, bringing relief to tired or aching muscles.

Complementary Therapies
Surfer’s ear? Hopi Ear Candling. An ancient and natural therapy handed down by many civilisations. Made from natural ingredients, the candles work on a chimney principle, drawing out any impurities within the ear to the surface where they can be gently removed. The candles induce a revitalising heat upon the head and ears, which soothes, relieves and relaxes.

Eye Treatments
A quick and relatively painless experience to give excellent results. The brows are neatened (but not obviously defined) for a more naturally groomed appearance, also available tinting.

Executive Nail Treatments
The nail treatments combine a resurfacing hand/foot exfoliation with a conditioning mask or Paraffin wax treatment to nourish dry, hardworking hands. The cuticles are tidied and nails buffed, resulting in naturally groomed digits.
